A quick healthy meal the entire family will enjoy.lbs ground beef
2 pkgs of fatija seasoning
1 bag of riced/chopped broccoli
1 bag of riced/chopped cauliflower
Shredded cheddar cheese
Grape tomatoes
Cilantro
Direction
1. Brown ground beef in a skillet on med high
2. When beef is fully cooked, add fatija seasoning and 1 1/2 cup water to skillet. Mix well
3. Cook mixture on medium high until water starts to bubble. Then cut heat down to med low. Simmer and stir unti there is no more liquid in skillet
4. Prepare broccoli and cauliflower bags in microwave per instructions on bag
5. Mix the broccoli and cauliflower together in a mixing bowl.
6. Assemble serving bowls by placing the broccoli and cauliflower mixture. Top mixture with ground beef and add cheese on top .
7. Garnish with cilantro and tomatoes.
8. Enjoy
